If you’re thinking of getting microblading done, you’ve probably got a lot of questions. We’re here to help! Here are answers to some of the most common questions about microblading:

Microblading is a semi-permanent form of eyebrow tattooing that uses a manual blade to deposit pigment into the upper layer of the skin. The procedure creates fine strokes that resemble natural hair, and it can be used to fill in gaps or create new, thicker eyebrows.

Microblading begins with a consultation to determine if you are an appropriate candidate for the procedure. During this consultation, we will discuss your desired look and review your medical history. We will also give you an opportunity to ask questions about the treatment process and what to expect during recovery.

Once you have been deemed eligible for microblading, we will begin by marking the areas of your face where we plan to tattoo. Next, we will apply numbing cream and place stencils over these areas; these stencils function as guides for our microblader—the person who performs the actual tattooing—so that they know where they should apply pigment. After these steps are completed, we will proceed with microblading!

We recommend coming in at least 24 hours before any big event where your eyebrows may be visible; this way there will be plenty of time for them to heal before they are seen by others (and you won’t have any regrets).
